We are on 5 private, gated acres, yet only 1 mile from shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Your rental is fully furnished and includes all utilities, cable TV, internet, and shared use of all of the property amenities including the 1400 SF garage for bike storage and tune-ups. Rates start at $145 per person with a discount for double occupancy and include weekly maid service and clean towels/sheets. I have 4 rooms available, 3 with shared bath, one with a private bath.
