| Your rental includes use of my home, your own room or if you bring a roommate, one to share. Private bathroom, mostly private living room, full use of the common areas including Kitchen, yard, store room, laundry room and work room. Wireless Internet and Cable TV in the shared living room. I do have a cat and a small poodle but they can be kept out of the upstairs bedrooms. You are rented a clean room and bathroom and expected to keep it that way. Rent does not include any meals and there is a grocery store within 1.5 miles of the house and plenty of room for you to store your groceries and cook. There is also a small private refrigerator for you to use. I live on the West side, in the back yard of Gates Pass and Saguaro Monument West and 5 miles from downtown. The address is 1601 N.
