| Your rental includes use of my home, your own room with bath and shower. You many bring a roommate but $140 per week is per person, not room. Full use of common area including kitchen, laundry and living area. Cable TV and Internet are available in your room as well as the living room. You are rented a clean room with clean sheets, no need to bring your own. But you are expected to take care of and clean your own area and pick up after yourself in the home. Rent does NOT include any meals. There are grocery stores close by and you have plenty of room to store your groceries. I was born in Tucson and have been racing and riding forever. I can give you references upon request and I would like the same from you. My home is located 1 mile from the base of Mt Lemmon and 3 miles to the best coffee shop in town and grocery stores.
