| I rent out room in my home to cyclists each winter for a whomping $100 per person per week Your rental includes use of my home, your own room or if you bring a roommate, one to share (twin beds). Mostly private bathroom, full use of the common areas including Kitchen, Living Room, yard, laundry and shed. You are rented a clean room and bathroom and expected to keep it that way. I do not have any animals. Wireless Internet throughout house and yard. There is a TV for watching movies, but I do not have cable. Rent does not include any meals, but there is plenty of room for you to store your groceries and to cook. Trader Joe’s is a 5-minute walk and Fry’s is a 10-minute walk. The $3 theater, Starbucks, and lots of good places to eat are also a 10-minute walk away.I have names that I can give you that have stayed with me and can give you a recommendation. I live on the Central/East side in a 1400 sq. ft. home. I am 5 miles from the base of the Catalina Highway (Mt. Lemmon), 5 miles from Old Spanish Trail, and 5 miles from downtown.
