| Your rental includes use of my home, your own room or if you bring a roommate, one to share. Mostly private bathroom, full use of the common areas including Kitchen, yard, store room, laundry room and work room. Wireless Internet and Cable TV in the Arizona room and Living room. I do have one cat but he is an outdoor cat and very rarely in the house at all and not allowed on the furnture nor in the bedrooms in case you have allergies. You are rented a clean room and bathroom and expected to keep it that way. Rent does not include any meals and there is a grocery store within 1.5 miles of the house and plenty of room for you to store your groceries and cook. I have at least 15 names that I can give you that have stayed with me and will give you a recommendation. I live on the South East side, 8 miles from the base of Mt Lemon and 2 miles from Old Spanish Trail. 10 miles to downtown.
