| Your rental includes use of: Your own room (Cable TV in each room) Wireless Internet available Mostly private bathroom Use of the common areas including: Kitchen, Living Room, Yard, Garage & Laundry Room TV in Kitchen/Family Room when I am not home (once I am home that TV is mine). Small Dog: Not a yapper. You may pet them as much as you like. I keep the doors shut on the guest rooms when not in use. You must keep your door shut if you don’t want them in your room. Rent does not include meals. You are rented a clean room, bathroom, kitchen, etc. I expect them to be kept that way. Dishes are not to be left in the sink or in rooms. There is a grocery store within .5 miles of the house. Plenty of room for you to store your groceries including a full size reach in freezer. The Bonus: I do love to cook & bake so at times there are goodies to be had. I am new to renting to cyclists so my friend Alicia will provide all the info needed regarding where to ride. I live close to Fantasy Island for Mountain Bikers as well as easy access to all other roads. |
