| Your rental includes use of my home, your own room or if you bring a roommate, one to share, mostly private bathroom, full use of the common areas. I do have a cat and a small dog in case you have allergies. You are rented a clean room and bathroom and expected to keep it that way. Rent does not include any meals and there is a grocery store within 2 to 3 miles of the house and plenty of room for you to store your groceries and cook. If you need references, I can provide them. I am also a cyclist and have rent to many in the past. I live on the West side, by Starr pass and it is an easy ride to Gates Pass and to start the Shoot Out.
